The dining experience at Ryokan Biyunoyado was absolutely delightful, especially their kaiseki dinner, which was a feast for the eyes and taste buds! And let's not forget the stunning view from the rooftop onsen, where I soaked while gazing at the snow-dusted mountains. Truly magical!
However, waiting 20 minutes for breakfast seating was a bummer, especially when they could have set up outside. Plus, there were a couple of taxi mix-ups that had us twiddling our thumbs. Still, everything else sparkled!
